The Site of Military Gathering faces north. The artistic buildings of civil structure are in the style of Qing Dynasty. The central axis of the site connects the Street Gate, the Alleys, the Path Pavilion, the Front Door, the Lecture Hall, the Dacheng Palace, the Chengde Lobby and Houshan Pavilion. Guan Yu Temple, the East House and the Lecture Hall are on the left side while the Wenchang Pavilion and the West House are on the right side. The site covers an area of 5,677 square meters and the building area of the site is 3,834 square meters.
